The activities that can be practiced and enjoyed without leaving the environment of the Rural House are very different. They go from the rest in the purest expression until some simple table games, next to the chimney with the friends or in the swimming pool enjoying a good day of sun. You can choose among swimming, mountain bike, trekking, trip in 4 x 4, riding horses, hunting, fishing of trouts in the river Dilar, taking photographs to protected animals and plants, painting, reading, writing, thinking...

	Trips: trekking durm short distances (Trevenque, Alayos, Ermita Vieja, etc ...) Trekking: during long distances (Iglesia de los Monteses, Cerro del Caballo, etc ...), walks. Mountain bike: in well-known and practiced circuits. Horsemaship: with qualified personnel's company. Growing: in the orchard. 4x4 Trip on foot: the whole region of Dilar, from the water meadows to the high mountains: Los Alayos, Corazon de la Sandia, Haza del portugues, Ermita Vieja. Trip in car: Veleta, Mulhacen, Laguna de las Yeguas, Granada, Tropical coast, Cordoba, Sevilla, etc. Trip in horse: Iglesia de los Monteses, Alpujarra, Durcal, etc. Trip in bicycle: Rios Dilar, El Hervidero, Sal inas de la Mahala, etc.

What can we visit from the Rural House?

Besides the environment, the National Park of Sierra Nevada and the whole nature that surround the Rural House you can visit:

The monumental Granada (17 km): Alhambra, Palace of Carlos V, Generalife, Albaycin, Sacromonte, Cathedral, la Alcaiceria, Cartuja, the sciences park, the University area... Golf Course Los Cosarios (Gabia 12 km) Sierra Nevada (35 km): the ski station with more hours of sun in Europe. La Alpujarra (30 km): spa of Lanjar6n, Trev6lez (the highest village in Spain), the peculiar Moorish architecture of their houses, the ham, etc... o The tropical coast (60 km): the coast of Granada with a golf course in Motril (Los Moriscos 60 km) Córdoba (165 Km) Sevilla (250 Km) Málaga (130 Km) Marbella (170 Km)

In our country house you can enjoy the following vegetables and fruits we have planted:
Tomatoes (several sorts), Paprika (several sorts), Aubergines (several sorts), Onions, Pumpkins (several sorts), Courgette, Leek, Beans, Cucumbers, Water melons (several sorts), Melons, Peaches, Apples (several sorts),
Kaki-plums, Cherries, Almonds, Grapes (we use to prepare wine must from our grapes)

In the farm of El Encinar de Bizcandia, there is a 11 ha. big sunflower field infront of the country house. The rest is occupied by meadow and olives.
The oil of these olives is used in the dishes you taste during your visit in the Country House.

If you like, you can participate in the sow, trim and harvest of our products and you could take something with you.

We take care about that our salads, soups, cremes, desserts, and breakfast would be as natural as possible, because our Country House is situated in a place where they most show consideration for the environment in Spain.
